The Equipment ID is the 8-digit number on the XSE sticker on your machine — it starts with 201. Your own asset tag or the manufacturer's serial number will work too.

What do you need? Service Something is jammed, broken, noisy, showing an error, or printing badly. Supplies Toner, drums, waste bottles, staples.
